We need the accessibility permission to be able to read the balance message sent by the operator at the end of a call or when you do a balance check using USSD code. We do not use this permission for anything else.

To give permission:

  • Tap the Give Permission button. This will open the Accessibility settings screen.
  • Find the entry for iReff and tap on it.
  • Now, turn on the switch at the top right corner.
  • You will be shown a confirmation screen. Please tap on OK.
