A small portion of our recharges are delivered late. A small portion also get reversed after a day due to issues in operator systems. 

Go to https://www.komparify.com/orders/ - Click on your recharge and see the order detail page. In the order detail page you should see an "Operator Confirmation ID". You can quote this Operator Confirmation ID to the operator to see what benefit you recieved. If you do not see an operator confirmation ID. You can wait until the end of the day. Either the recharge auto fails and the amount is refunded to you (as recharge points) or the operator confirmation ID gets populated. 

If you still did not get the recharge benefit, you can click on "Get Help" and follow the instructions to create a ticket. We shall dispute the transaction with the operator and refund if necessary.
