If your recharge fails, Your money will be automatically refunded as recharge points to your komparify account. You can use irecharge points to retry this recharge or against any other recharge.
To use your Recharge points to complete a recharge, Select 'Recharge Points' option on the payments page of recharge.
You can view your points at https://www.komparify.com/wallet. You can add more points by going to https://www.komparify.com/wallet/add.
If you want a refund - Head over to https://www.komparify.com/orders?type=failure . Choose a transaction and click on the link "Refund Back to Source" link in the "Action" column. Only transactions made using external PG's can be refunded
